Contact list…
This is your list of contacts. There are a vast amount of information you can register on your contacts. Information not usually available in contact managers. The columns in the contact list are as follows:
- Firstname and Middlename
- Lastname
- Email: The first email address on the person is the main email address and if registered, will show up as a clickable link in this column. This will open up an empty email to the person with the email address filled in.
- Phone: This column is filled in with the first private phone number of the person. If you have skype installed, and you allow MLMOrganizer to connect to skype, clicking on the phone number in this column will place a phone call to the person via skype.
- Phone2: This column is filled in with the second private phone number of the person. If you have skype installed, and you allow MLMOrganizer to connect to skype, clicking on the phone number in this column will place a phone call to the person via skype.
- Next followup: This column contains the next followup date with the person. You can schedule followups both from the contact list and from the followups list.
- Tags: You can enter tags on a person if you want. The tags connected with a person comes up in this column.
- Timezone: When you are working with people in different timezones, this can be great information to have so you don’t accidentally wake them up in the middle of the night.
The bottom half of the contact list window contains an area with tabs for the following information:
- Communication: This is the communication log you had in the past with the prospects. Notes made on a person in the followups list comes up here in order from first to newest at the top.
- Appointments: Any appointments you have registered on the prospect will appear in this list.
- Tasks: Any task you have registered on the person will appear here in list form.
- Cashflow: Again, any cashflow record you have registered on the person will appear in this list.
Contact Details…
The contact detail window is divided into the following categories and subcategories:
- Contact info
- General: General information about the contact: firstname, middlename, lastname, displayname, website, skype id, 2 phone fields, mobile, fax, 2 email fields, and timezone.
- Home: Address information, zip code, city, region or state, and country
- Work: Position, address, zip code, city, region or state, country, 2 phone fields, mobile, fax, 2 email fields, and timezone.
- Notes: A place to enter notes related to the contact information.
- Background
- Childhood: Childhood background, special experiences as a child, things that can be used in further communication with the contact when building a relationship.
- Education: Educational background.
- Work experience: Places the contact has worked in the past, special jobs he has had. Things that can be useful when building a business.
- Special talents: Talents and specialized knowledge the contact has developed, hobbies that has helped him develop talents that can be useful in a future business venture etc.
- Interests: Discussing interests can be a great way to develop a relationship with a person. Information about the contacts interests can be entered here.
- Business: What businesses has the contact been involved in in the past? This can be ordinary businesses he has run, Network Marketing businesses he has been involved in, Marketing ventures etc.
- Values: What are the personal values of the person? What things does he place value in? Love? Money? Family? Work? What are so important when his values are taken away that his life is not worth living?
- Vision: Things that the person really, really, really wants to accomplish. What does a perfect dream life look like to the prospect?
- Family
- Members: Members of the persons family. A great way to build relationships with a person is to ask him about family members. Knowing and caring about this things can quickly build a very strong relationship with a person.
- Relatives: Knowing about a persons relatives can also come in handy when building relationships.
- Notes: Notes related to the persons family that does not fit in anywhere else. Special conciderations etc.
- Ratings
- Prospect ratings: This is one way of rating different aspects of how likely the person is to do well in a business, and how you would fit in working with the person in the same business. The different rating values that can be set from 0 to 10 individually are: Desire, Dicipline, Attitude, Influence, Experience, Self confidence, Teachable, and Financial consciousness. They are summed together to form a total Prospect rating.
- Relationship status: The status of your relationship with the person. Ranges continuosly from no contact yet, through the stages of relationship, friendship, partnership, and leadership.
- Notes: Notes about the rating put on the person.
Followups…
This is where you keep track of your followups. This window is divided in three parts. The top part is the toolbar. Here you have instant access to buttons where you choose which day you want to list followups for.
The bottom is divided into two parts, left and right. The left side is a list of all the people you have scheduled followups with on the selected day. When you click on a followups in this part of the window, the right hand side is filled with all the previous followup notes on the person you select.
Over the bottom left part of the window, there is a toolbar where you can put followups on hold, reschedule followups to another day, remove further followups with a person, and print both followup lists with all the followups on the selected day in list form, and followup cards with details on the individual persons followup.
Task list…
The task list is where you register your daily tasks. You can move them up or down the list, set color on the lines, or on the different categories you can assign the tasks to. You can also put tasks on hold that you want to put off until later, include done tasks in the list, show todays tasks only, include overdue tasks, include tasks with blank dates, show tasks on hold, and select line coloring either from individual task colors or use the color according to the task thatus.
In addition to this you can organize your tasks in a treeview where you can drag & drop the one under another to form a task hierarchy of the tasks in the list.
Appointment calendar…
This is an appointment calendar where your register the appointments you have. You can show all the appointments of a day, all the appointments of a workweek, all the appointments of a complete week, all the appointments of a month, or see a list of your appointments. Your individual appointments can have individual color. They can also be connected to a contact and appear in the appointment list at the bottom half of the contact list window.
Cashflow…
This is a nice cashflow module where you can keep track of your cashflow. Income lines are blue, expense lines are red and statuslines are black. Both income and expense lines recalculate the running cashflow status continuosly, and status or balance lines reset the running cashflow status. You can register individual accounts to file individual cashflow records on, and list account ballances according to you account plan which is fully customizable.

The learning module is where you can learn about the software, get great tips from well known authorities on business building, MLM, Network Marketing, personal development etc.
